These terms apply when you visit the COFEAU website or purchase from our online store in Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Using our store
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login details secure. Products may only be purchased for lawful, personal use unless we agree otherwise.
Orders and acceptance
Your checkout confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. We may cancel or limit an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are handled by the relevant payment provider.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, availability, colours and images accurate. Screens and natural material variation can affect appearance. Measurements and performance information are provided as a practical guide unless explicitly guaranteed.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and can be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Our current process is explained in Shipping & Returns. Eligible products include the stated manufacturer or store warranty, in addition to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COFEAU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.

COFEAU branding, design, copy and original website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
