Delivery across Australia
COFEAU offers complimentary standard delivery across Australia. Most in-stock orders are expected to arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer, and timing can change during peak periods or carrier disruptions.
- Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
- Tracking details are emailed when the carrier scans your parcel.
- Large or high-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
- We currently display available delivery options at checkout before payment.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with the available options.
30-day change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are generally the customer’s responsibility. Original express-delivery charges, where applicable, are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our change-of-mind policy.
Before you return a coffee machine
- Empty the water tank, drip tray, grinder and bean hopper.
- Clean and dry all removable parts.
- Include accessories, manuals and original protective packaging.
- Do not send a parcel until our team has confirmed the return instructions.
